On this excellent tour we get to know Icelandic culture, humor, heritage and folktales along with the local food. Included in this tour is a visit to an old turf house, an introduction to the unique Icelandic horses, a riding tour and a taste of local food and beer.

Caving and Riding / TTV-14b

This day tour takes you to Asbyrgi Canyon were we meet our horses. To get there we drive to Husavik, pass some typical icelandic sea cliffs (with hope of spotting some puffins or seals). After 5 hour riding and caving tour at Asbyrgi we drive back to Akureyri with a visit at Godafoss waterfall.
